私たち「株式会社マスダック」は“そのお菓子づくりを、もっと美味しく、新しく”をコーポレートスローガンに製菓機械の開発・製造・販売・メンテナンスや菓子の研究開発・製造・販売を行っています。

私たちの機械はどら焼き機を中心に世界31ヶ国で使用され、外国籍の社員は、5名の方が営業や機械エンジニアの職種で活躍をしています。

Our "Masdac Corporation" has a motto that "Do sweets making better and newer". With the motto, we develop, produce, sell and maintain confectionery equipment. Also we research, develop, produce, and sell sweets.
Our confectionery is used in 31 countries around the world.In our corporation, 5 people from another countries work in the field of sales and engineer.

武蔵野はコンビニエンスストアのお弁当・おにぎり・調理パン・調理麺などの製造・開発を行っています。
「ツナマヨおにぎり」や「金の食パン」といった時代をリードする商品を開発してきた「商品開発力」が武蔵野の強みです。
また約2万5,000円の初任給のベースアップや（大卒）、出生祝い金の大幅な増額といった福利厚生の拡充も行っています。

Musashino company develops and produces products like lunch box, rice ball, bread and noodle sold at a convenience store. “Tsunamayo rice ball” and “kin no syokupan” are one of the famous products. Musashino is proud of its ability to produce new products

小規模な会社ですが、世界No1のオリジナル金属を開発し続けており、そのレベルの高さはニコン、キャノン、新日鐵住金などの大手企業に認められています。大手企業での研究開発は組織の制約を受けますが、当社では自由な発想の下で、各人の適性に合った研究開発をすることができます。

We develop, manufacture and sell thermal expansion alloy for liquid crystal panel, component for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and airplane and spacecraft parts based on guideline such as "practice honestly “and "keep on trying". In addition to this, we deal with corrosion resistant and heat-resistant titanium alloy and tin-base alloys.
We are not big company, but we keep developing original metal, and the level is evaluated by major farm such as Nikon and Canon. Usually major farm has the restriction on research and development, our staffs can research and develop with your abilities.

We manufacture precision machine parts with a slogan "With big dreams, small little work…" The metal and plastic parts which we manufacture are used for various fields from daily life to industrial equipment such as cellphone, camera, and equipment in medical. The products are very small, but we are like one big family to put dreams and hopes into them.

The number of our corporation members is 29, so our corporation is not big. But we took ISO9001 and 14001, and were approved as the corporation of business innovation. Also we got authorization of designated factory in Saitama. Vietnam factory is running smoothly, and 3 trainees entered the company on April in Japanese factory. It passed 1year from starting an operation of factory in Vietnam. With Vietnam's power, we survive and gain the victory. We welcome any nationality and gender.
